Limitation of Liability
ExiBit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Interest and Suspension for Delinquency
In case of delinquency in payment, ExiBit reserves the right to apply daily interest of 0.5% on the outstanding balance starting from the 20th day after the invoice due date.
Additionally, if the account remains unpaid for more than 60 days past the due date, ExiBit reserves the right to suspend the service until the situation is regularized.
Exceptions to these policies may be considered at ExiBit's discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExiBit, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be accepted for the service provided unless there is a reason that justifies a full or partial refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
